We arrived to the shop with two hours til closing for an oil change and brake inspection - Friday, Labor Day weekend. They found both front tire bearings were dangerously loose (we suspected something was wrong from noise). They quickly made a call to get the parts delivered and had us out in two hours. And we're professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend this shop!!

5 stars! I will be back again in the near future. Dropped my car off the evening before it was scheduled to be worked on and got a phone call shortly after saying it was done. Also came in way under quote. Quoted 109 paid 23!!! Used them for a 2nd time the other day. Dropped car off for a front end alignment. When I picked the car up the informed me that the car needed a 4 wheel alignment. I was expecting to pay more for this but since they said the back wasn't too far out they only charged me to do the front. Top notch people!!!

I wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Parks Automotive. The tire pressure on my motorhome tires was low, and I had no luck using the air station at a nearby filling station. Google showed Parks automotive was close by, so I headed down there. They were happy to help me and checked all six of my tires and got them all properly inflated. And they wouldn't even take any money from me! I really appreciate them helping me out and have to say that the folks in DeForest are very fortunate to have such a repair shop in their town.

AMAZING! Took it to Honda first, they couldn't figure it out in 6 days. This place was so fast, so professional, so smart. They took our car in, had it fixed within 24 hours and it needed some trial and error to fix. Only charged us for the actual problem, got updates throughout the whole process. Any car problems for us in the future, definitely will be here!

Had all of my oil leak out of the motor Didn't know what happened They towed my car to their shop and found the problem and had it fixed in only a matter of hours, even though they were rather busy. I appreciated that they got me in and fixed me up, knowing that I would otherwise have had no way to get back home! And they did it for a very reasonable price! Thank you!

Had a bad situation with my car and they helped me as best as they could, I can not complain! My brains all over the place trying to fix it but, I think his name is Josh! Jim GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Best technician or boss to have around shop, very respectful and honest he knows what's going on 100%! This shop works on everything so don't be afraid to bring in your Classic or whatever you have! THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! My father has a 1966 C10 Chevy and this is the only shop he let's touch it!
